Uppercut Deluxe generally uses SF Express to deliver our products to all locations within Hong Kong.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on orders over HK$200 to Hong Kong.

Free Shipping is calculated based on total item value, excluding sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charges.

Shipping Times

Please allow 1-3 days shipping. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping: HK$30

Please be aware of our policy on International Customs Charges (see below).

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country’s regulations and compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and we will never pay these customs charges on your behalf.

If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result. We cannot mark international orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

Important Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once your products are on their way, we are unable to redirect your order.

We work closely with our shipping partner (SF Express) to minimize delivery delays.

The delivery times provided are estimates only. We will not be held liable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made if stock is not available.

All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provide us with.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We shall not be responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Address confirmation is given on the ‘Review And Buy’ page in the checkout section of the site.

Change of Address

If an incorrect address is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact a customer care representative immediately and we will attempt to update any incorrect order details. However, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.

Acceptance of the Goods

You are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault, damage, or defect, and for notifying us within 48 hours upon receiving the goods should there be a fault, damage, or defect.
